Premium restoration, delivered with heart.
Formerly DKRestore, we've spent six years restoring Sarasota homes and businesses — and now lead with mold remediation and canine detection, while still handling the water, storm and fire damage that causes mold in the first place.
From DKRestore to Mold Restoration Pros.
What started as DKRestore — six years spent restoring homes and businesses across Sarasota — has grown into Mold Restoration Pros #1, LLC, a dedicated mold remediation and canine detection specialist. We kept what mattered: rapid response, certified craftsmanship, and treating every property like our own.
Now we lead with mold — combining certified remediation with trained canine detection to solve the problem completely, not just cosmetically — while still handling the water, storm and fire damage that causes mold in the first place.
